The Hereford Bull 'Trojan'
The most celebrated bull 'Trojan'.
Born in 1811, he was exhibited at the 'Hereford' Show in 1816, when the committee for deciding the merits of the cattle reported he was the finest animal ever shown before the Society.
It is stated that he weighed28 stone per quarter, although he never had any other food than grass, hay and turnips.
