Stand number: K36
A brand New Year has begun, the search for beautiful Art Deco items to decorate your home continues, and will do so until the doors opens for the Spring fair in April. We have already procured some unusual & exciting pieces, which will include a fine solid oak bust of a young woman, together with a fabulous original lighting set consisting of a Nasdam ceiling fixture depicting dancing ladies in the glass panels, together with a matching pair of wall lights. We are also able to provide a choice of no less than three pairs of ceiling lights, by famous French designers David Gueron ( Degue) and Jean Noverdy, so hard to obtain now. There will also be a good selection of single ceiling lights both small & large, to suit most homes.
A very large Sabino globe lamp on it's original bronze mount, will be one of the highlights of our table Lamp section, along with rarely found matched pairs of bedside, side table & breakfast buffet lamps, along with single table lamps for most occasions.
A surprise last minute arrival is a wonderful early 1960's Canadian French chrome table lamp, reminiscent of the Star Ship Enterprise !
The highlight of our ceramic collection will be "Tango Dancers," an uber rare presentation from Primavera - designed by Claude Levy in collaboration with Eduard Chaissaing. This craquelle pottery figural group, in Cubist form, has superb stylisation and was only produced in low numbers at the time, hence it's rarity.
There will also be a superb Limoge Art Deco tea set, Cubist elephants, panther & polar bears, you could almost start a small pottery zoo !! Our wall of mirrors will be on show, along with some fine Deco prints to decorate your walls.
