You’ll find portable cash dispensers (withdrawal fees apply) around the venue, while free NatWest and HSBC ATMs can be found at the train station.
All visitors to the NEC can connect to WiFi across the entire venue completely free of charge. If you’re unsure how to connect or experience any difficulties, just head to our Visitor and Business Centres.
Chaplaincy and Prayer Room
Visitors from every faith have always been warmly welcomed at the NEC. We have a chaplain available for consultation and support, and also a popular multi-faith prayer room, available on the Piazza. Inside this room, you’ll find washing facilities, prayer mats and holy books, many of which have been generously donated by representatives of local faiths. We’re also happy to put you in touch with local faith leaders and places of worship, just call our chaplain on 0121 767 2911.
Cloakrooms and Lost Property
When loading up on antiques at events, the last thing you need is excess baggage. So why not drop off your bags, coats and luggage at our cloakrooms, which can be found adjacent to our halls. Items are charged at £1 each. Please note, due to overwhelming demand we’re unable to offer cloakroom facilities in the Genting Arena. In the interests of safety and security overnight storage is also not possible.
To ensure exhibitor security and visitor safety, security guards will be constantly present throughout the fair and will be permitted to search all attendees.
All bags brought to the fair will be checked and any oversized bags must be left in the cloakroom. Items that can be construed as art or an antique will not be permitted into the venue.
We operate a strict public valuation policy and personal effects will not be admitted for private assessment.
No animals will be allowed into the fair except for Guide Dogs.
